Coxsbazar Kontho is a Bangladesh-based online news portal focused on delivering local and regional updates from Cox’s Bazar. I optimized their WordPress website extensively to achieve significantly faster loading times and smoother user experience across devices. My work involved applying advanced performance optimization techniques, including caching configuration, image compression, script and stylesheet minimization, database cleanup, lazy-loading implementation, and removing unnecessary plugins and bloat. I also refined Core Web Vitals, improved server response times, and ensured the site met modern speed benchmarks essential for news portals with high traffic. The result was a noticeably faster, more efficient platform that enhanced both reader engagement and overall SEO performance. This project demonstrates my expertise in WordPress speed optimization, technical tuning, and performance-driven improvements for content-heavy websites.
