Analyst For You is a fully custom job-matching and recruitment platform built from scratch as a custom WordPress theme, designed specifically for analysts and related technical roles. I engineered a complete multi-flow system, including candidate registration, profile management, resume submission, and job application functionality, along with a recruiter-side talent discovery process using multi-step filters to match candidates by skills, experience, sector, and availability. The project required deep planning, custom role creation, and the development of multiple dashboards—candidate, recruiter (guest-based), and a dedicated admin interface separate from the standard WordPress backend. I designed the UI/UX from inspirations provided by the client, built personalized job cards, candidate cards, filter systems, and dynamic pop-up forms for “Contact Analyst” and “Post a Job,” all with automated email notifications to admin. Recruiters can explore filtered matches, view profile previews with only first names for privacy, request candidates, and submit job post requests, while candidates can register, edit detailed profiles, and apply directly to jobs. The admin can manage candidates, job posts, applications, recruiter requests, and oversee the entire system. This was a large-scale, feature-heavy project involving theme development, advanced PHP logic, custom database structures, interactive filtering, and Elementor compatibility—resulting in a professional job-board ecosystem tailored to the analytical job market.
