David Hitt — Luxury Real Estate Personal Brand Website

A premium 20-page luxury real estate website for David Hitt, a Los Angeles luxury real estate agent. Built with Elementor and Pro Elements, the project completed the site architecture with neighborhood-specific pages across the LA area, a refined premium design with hover animations, client image integration, Yoast SEO configuration, and a blog — delivering a classy, high-end personal brand presence inspired by luxury real estate references.

David Hitt — Luxury Real Estate Personal Brand Website

David Hitt is a Los Angeles luxury real estate agent requiring a premium 20-page personal brand website covering the affluent neighborhoods of the LA area. The project picked up from a partially built site — 6 pages already present — and completed the full site architecture with 14 additional pages, elevating the design to a more premium, classy aesthetic with hover animations, integrating client-provided imagery throughout, and configuring on-page SEO. The design drew inspiration from luxury real estate references while maintaining David's own distinct brand and geographic focus.

The Challenge

The project required scaling a partial site into a complete, cohesive 20-page luxury brand while progressively elevating its design quality and content depth. Key challenges included completing the site architecture by adding 14 pages to the 6 already present, then building consistent design and navigation across all 20. The site needed to feel more premium and classy, incorporating hover animations and refined styling inspired by luxury real estate references like Front Gate Real Estate, while building neighborhood-specific pages across many LA-area luxury markets including Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, Tarzana, Westwood, Century City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Calabasas. Design emphasis was shifted toward showcasing David's own high-quality property imagery, and an evolving stream of client-provided SEO content required page layouts to be restructured and expanded across multiple rounds.

Scope of Work

The site was built out to 20 pages plus blog templates, covering core brand pages, buyer and seller guidance, luxury living content, and neighborhood-specific location pages. Core pages included Home, About David, and Contact. Service and guidance pages covered Luxury Living, Luxury Rentals, Relocating, Rent Before Buying, Buying a Home in Los Angeles, Selling Your Home in Los Angeles, and Insights. Regional luxury living pages covered Valley Luxury Living and Westside Luxury Living. Neighborhood pages included Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, Tarzana, Westwood, Century City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Calabasas. A blog archive and single blog post template completed the structure.

Site Architecture Completion

The project began with a review of requirements and scope, followed by an audit of the existing site structure and content. With 6 pages already present, the remaining 14 required pages were added to complete the planned 20-page site architecture. The full header navigation structure was then built out with all appropriate page links, and both the Elementor header and footer templates were updated to reflect the complete navigation hierarchy.

Page Design & Neighborhood Pages

Design and responsiveness were completed in stages across all pages. The Luxury Living, Contact, and initial neighborhood pages were built first, followed by Tarzana, Westwood, Century City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Calabasas, Valley, Westside, and Rent Before Buying. Client-provided images were integrated and optimized across all pages, with consistent styling, layout structure, and responsive behavior maintained across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Branding & Premium Design Elevation

Following a mid-project request to make the site look more premium and classy, the logo was updated and the design was refined with hover animations and elevated styling. The header background color and mobile toggle menu color were updated to align with the new logo and branding. Design emphasis was shifted toward showcasing David's best property imagery, with client-provided images integrated throughout and stock imagery supplementing where needed.

SEO & Content Expansion

Yoast SEO was installed and configured using client-provided SEO content, with settings optimized for indexing and on-page SEO. Across several rounds, client-provided SEO content was integrated site-wide — requiring multiple pages including Home, About David, Contact, Luxury Rentals, Relocating, the neighborhood pages, and the buying and selling guidance pages to be restructured and expanded to accommodate the deeper content while maintaining responsive design and visual consistency.

Blog & Final Refinements

Blog archive and single blog post templates were designed and made responsive. The footer logo was updated to the latest branding asset and linked, and the Blog page was added to the site navigation. In a final optimization pass, image references across the entire website were updated via SQL queries — replacing scaled-down images with their original full-resolution versions to ensure the premium imagery displayed at maximum quality throughout the site.

Key Features

The project delivered a complete 20-page site architecture, with 14 pages added to the 6 existing to complete the full luxury brand structure. Dedicated LA neighborhood location pages were built across 9+ affluent Los Angeles markets, alongside a premium design with hover animations and an elevated, classy aesthetic inspired by luxury real estate references. The design took an image-forward approach focused on showcasing David's best property photography. Yoast SEO was installed and configured with client-provided content site-wide, and dedicated buyer and seller guidance pages covered buying, selling, relocating, and luxury rentals in LA. A final full-resolution image optimization replaced scaled images with original-resolution versions via SQL, and a blog system with archive and single post templates supported an ongoing Insights content strategy. All 20 pages were refined across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Result

A premium, fully built-out 20-page luxury real estate website for David Hitt — with complete site architecture, neighborhood-specific pages across the Los Angeles luxury market, an elevated classy design with hover animations, image-forward presentation, Yoast SEO configuration, and full-resolution imagery, delivering a high-end personal brand presence for a Los Angeles luxury real estate agent.
