Overview
BeatWings is a festival travel and experiences brand offering curated travel packages to events like SIAM Songkran. The project was a full website redesign delivered in three days — building all new pages from scratch in Elementor with Pro Elements, establishing a global brand design system, creating custom post types for dynamic destination content, and integrating third-party tools including HubSpot for the waitlist and an Instagram feed with a mobile-first visual treatment.
The Challenge
The project required speed, precision, and brand fidelity under tight constraints. Key challenges included:
- Rebuilding all pages from scratch while keeping existing client-owned pages untouched
- Setting up a global brand system — colors, typography, and styles — from a PowerPoint brand reference before touching any page design
- Delivering a dynamic booking page for the SIAM Songkran travel package as the primary conversion page
- Integrating a HubSpot waitlist plugin into the homepage while coordinating on font and color styling in parallel with the client
- Designing an Instagram feed section that visually simulates a mobile feed experience — with a phone frame placeholder background
- Working within maintenance mode throughout the entire build

Development Process
Brand System Setup
Before any page design began, the global brand system was established in Elementor — colors, typography, font sizes, button styles, and layout settings were all configured from the client's PowerPoint brand reference. This ensured every page built afterward maintained full visual consistency without manual overrides.
Homepage & Waitlist
The homepage was redesigned from scratch with a modern structure suited for a festival travel brand. The HubSpot waitlist section was integrated into the homepage using the client's HubSpot plugin — font colors and styling were coordinated with the client who was customizing the HubSpot form design in parallel. The Instagram feed section was designed to display the brand's social content inside a mobile phone frame placeholder, creating the visual impression of browsing a live mobile feed.
SIAM Songkran Booking Page
The booking page for the SIAM Songkran festival travel package was designed as the primary conversion page — structured around the updated content provided via the client's SharePoint folder, with clear package details, booking CTAs, and brand-consistent layout and typography.
Custom Post Types & Destination Pages
Custom post types were created to support the dynamic destinations listing page, allowing new destination pages to be added and managed from the WordPress admin without requiring page rebuilds. The destination listing page was built as a dynamic archive pulling from the CPT.
Supporting Pages
The FAQ page for SIAM Songkran, the Partner page, and the Privacy Policy page were all designed and built from scratch. The Privacy Policy page required only container and layout adjustments as its content is delivered via an API managed by the client.
