The project required distilling a wide-ranging advisory practice — spanning six distinct consulting verticals across multiple countries — into a clear, professional site structure without fragmenting it into a confusing number of pages. Key considerations included:
- Consolidating six service areas (Real Estate, Investment, Offshore Investment, Development, Resorts & Hospitality, and Business Consulting) into a single, well-organized Services page rather than six separate pages
- Building dedicated Market pages differentiating Belize and Panama opportunities while also covering the broader Caribbean and Central America region
- Positioning founder Dustin Rennie as a trusted regional advisor on the About page, emphasizing his entrepreneurial background and real estate expertise
- Establishing an Insights blog as an authority-building and lead-generation engine covering investment, market trends, and regional economic topics
- Researching and aligning the design direction with the firm's previously built reference sites for visual and brand consistency across their portfolio of properties

Development Process
Environment Setup & Design Research
Required plugins were installed and configured including Elementor, Pro Elements, and JegKit. Core pages were created and the website environment was set up with navigation and site identity configuration. Reference websites previously developed for the client — belize-invest.com, belizepanama.com, and belpancapital.com — were researched to inform color palette, typography, and overall styling direction, ensuring visual consistency with Bayne's existing digital portfolio. Elementor global settings were configured for colors, fonts, typography, and layout, and header and footer templates were designed and implemented.
Page Design & Responsiveness
Client-provided media assets including logos were uploaded and organized across the site. Header and footer responsiveness was refined across devices. The Home, Services, Markets, and About pages were fully designed and made responsive — with the Services page structured to present all six consulting verticals in a single consolidated, scannable layout, and the Markets page differentiating Belize and Panama opportunities clearly.
Blog & Insights System
A custom blog loop item template, blog archive template, and single blog post template were created to power the Insights section — establishing the infrastructure for ongoing market analysis and thought leadership content covering Belize investment opportunities, Panama market trends, resort development, offshore investing, and Caribbean economic trends.
Contact & Final Responsiveness
The Contact page was designed and made fully responsive, built around a clear "Book a Strategic Consultation" call to action with Calendly integration, contact form, email, phone, and LinkedIn. Remaining header responsiveness issues identified across devices were resolved in the final development session.
